When you write, include your app version, iOS version, device model and the steps that led to the problem. Please don't share private reminder titles or exact locations.

Create a reminder

Add a task in Inbox, choose a place or drop a point on the map, and set a reminder zone. You can also keep tasks without a location. Place search needs an internet connection; saved tasks stay available offline.

If a reminder doesn't arrive

Location accuracy, power settings, connectivity and iOS scheduling can all affect delivery. Zone Catcher is not an emergency or safety-critical alarm.

Monitored zones

You can store 3 reminders for free (completed ones count too). A one-time lifetime purchase removes that limit. iOS lets each app monitor up to 20 regions at once, so Zone Catcher picks the nearby active zones and updates the selection when iOS reports location changes. The task list shows which zones are being monitored.

Purchases and restore

Open Inbox → Settings → Unlock Unlimited to see the App Store price. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription. To restore it, use the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in Settings or on the upgrade screen. Pending purchases unlock once Apple confirms them. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

iCloud sync

Use the same Apple Account on your devices and allow iCloud for Zone Catcher. Sync needs a connection and can take a little while. The iCloud status in Settings shows whether your account is available, not that every record has already synced. Don't delete the app to fix unsynced reminders: that can lose data that hasn't synced yet.

Privacy and deleting your data

There are no accounts in Zone Catcher. Delete reminders in the app and let iCloud sync the deletions; remaining iCloud data and backups can be removed in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Terms of use

Zone Catcher uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Purchases, billing and consumer rights are governed by Apple's terms and applicable law. Don't rely on the app for medical, emergency or other safety-critical notifications.
